Find your highest-return opportunity and ship it in four weeks.

Technology or AI, the question is the same: which idea will earn or save the most, and what is the smallest version that proves it? In four weeks I help you find it, build it and put it in front of real people.

What ‘lands customers’ means in practice

Scope cut to what customers value
Everything else waits. Four weeks forces the hard choices early, which is the point.
Something real people can use and pay for
Not a slide deck or a clickable mock-up. A product, in front of real customers.
A roadmap based on what they did
Not on what we guessed in a workshop. What people use and pay for decides what comes next.

AI, responsibly

AI pays back for a small business when it takes on repetitive work, answers routine questions or makes sense of documents nobody has time to read. It needs guardrails the moment it can act on your behalf.

I build those guardrails in from day one, the same way I did for an agentic AI product built responsibly. If you want the detail first, read adding AI to your product without the risk.

Questions people ask

  • Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No. Week 1 is there to work it out. Bring the problem and what you know about your customers.

  • Does it have to involve AI?

No. I'll suggest AI where it pays back, and say so plainly when it doesn't. Plenty of good products don't need it.

  • What if discovery shows the idea isn't worth building?

Then I'll tell you plainly. Finding that out in a week costs far less than finding it out after launch.

  • Who builds it?

I lead the build, with a vetted team under my direction where the work needs more hands.

  • What happens after the four weeks?

You have a working product and a roadmap based on real use. You can carry on with your own developers, or bring in senior help from a fractional CTO to steer what comes next.

Not sure which door you're at?

That's what the first call is for. It's 30 minutes and free: we work out whether I can help, and which door you're at.
