Is it the right product, is it built well, and is it ready?
A fixed-price review from £5,000, in 2 to 3 weeks, that answers all three. You get a costed plan for what to fix first.

Two ways in
One review. Which question comes first depends on where the product is.
Is this the right product?
For products that are live but not selling as hoped.
Something is off between what you built and what customers will pay for. I look at the positioning, the roadmap, onboarding and the numbers, and tell you what to change first.
Is it ready for real users?
For products about to launch, including those built quickly with AI tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit.
Building fast was smart: it got you to a working product quickly and cheaply. Now it has to be something customers can trust with their data. If you need to fix a vibe-coded app before launch, this is where to start. I find what would hurt you after launch, and what has to be fixed before it. My guide covers what I check in a vibe-coded app before launch.
What gets reviewed
Six areas, weighted towards the question you came in with.
What you get
- Findings ranked by severity
- Every issue, ranked, so you can see what matters at a glance.
- Launch blockers called out
- The short list of things that must be fixed before real users arrive.
- A costed remediation roadmap
- What to fix, in what order, and roughly what each fix will cost.
- A walkthrough call
- We go through it together, so nothing gets lost in a long report.
What a review can catch
On one pre-launch review: 152 findings, 2 critical, and 8 launch blockers fixed before any real user data was exposed.

Questions people ask
Do I need a rewrite?
Often not. A rewrite throws away what already works, so I look for a rescue first. I only recommend starting again when fixing would cost more.
Can you fix what you find?
Yes, as a follow-on piece of work. The review stands on its own, so you are free to take the roadmap to your own developers instead.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it over before you share anything sensitive.
What access do you need?
Usually read-only access to the code, a test account on the product, and a look at how it is hosted and deployed. We agree the exact list in the scoping conversation, and the access comes off when the review ends.
Not sure which door you're at?
That's what the first call is for. It's 30 minutes and free: we work out whether I can help, and which door you're at.
